Legal
These Terms govern your use of the People-Hub service. By signing in, you agree to them. Read them together with the Privacy Policy, which forms part of the same agreement.
You must be at least 16 years old in the European Economic Area, or 13 years old elsewhere, to use People-Hub. If you are below the age of majority in your country, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed these Terms with you.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the account information you provide and for the activity that happens under your account. Keep your sign-in credentials confidential. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
People-Hub is a creator-community platform built around Chats, contributions, and recognitions. Features may evolve over time. We may add, modify, or remove features at our discretion. Material changes that affect your rights are communicated as described in the Privacy Policy.
You retain all rights in the content you publish on People-Hub. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, display, and adapt that content solely to operate the service. The licence is limited to those purposes and ends when you delete the content, subject to the backup retention windows stated in the Privacy Policy.
Disagree with ideas, but do not attack people. Personal abuse, harassment, hate speech, threats of violence, doxxing, and stalking are not allowed and will be removed. Repeat offences cost the account. Do not publish illegal content, content that infringes someone else's rights, child sexual abuse material, or content that promotes terrorism or extreme violence. Do not run multiple accounts to amplify your own content, impersonate other people, vote-stuff, or use the service to harvest personal data. Sexually explicit content, content that sexualises minors, and content that uses sexual material to harass others is not allowed. Synthetic media is allowed where the context makes the synthetic origin clear; misleading deepfakes of real people are not.
Every contribution and Chat has a Report action. Reports are reviewed by the operator. We use a graduated approach: warning, content removal, temporary restriction, account suspension, account termination. Where we act, we tell you why where we can; you can appeal a decision by replying to the enforcement email.
If you believe content on People-Hub infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, write to the contact address at the bottom of this page. Include a description of the work, the in-app location of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised, and a statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act. We aim to respond within 5 working days. Accounts with repeated, valid infringement claims against them are restricted or terminated.
You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account from your account settings or via the public form at /account/delete. We can suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms or where required by law, with notice where reasonably possible.
The service is provided as-is. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or available without interruption. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amounts you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or fifty euros if no payment has been made. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes are subject to the courts of the operator's place of residence in Italy, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules give you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
Material changes are announced at least 14 days before they take effect, with the effective date stated at the top of this document. Continued use of the service after the effective date counts as acceptance of the revised Terms.
